Michael is an employee benefits broker with Encore Insurance. In this role, Michael is responsible for the implementation and administration of employee benefits programs, specializing in groups ranging in size from small to multi-national.

Having graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Development with a minor in Business Administration and a part of the prestigious Corps of Cadets, Michael exemplifies values such as integrity, discipline, and selfless service which are deep rooted beliefs in these organizations.
