Core Benefits, established in 1988, specializes in employee benefits including health, dental and ancillary lines. Kim brings over 20 years of both group and individual life and health experience to Core. Kim focuses on the needs of the consumer to assist in controlling costs and has an individual commitment to client satisfaction. She follows her belief of honesty and integrity at all times in all situations.

In her role as a Benefit Specialist, Kim has focused on advising small group employers in the areas of health, dental, life and disability insurance as well as directing employers in areas such as Sec. 125 Plans, legislatives updates, payroll deduction plans and other supplemental group benefits. She has been very involved with providing benefits to area churches and has lately been successful in working with pipeline companies who have struggled in the past with participation issues.

Kim received her Registered Health Underwriter designation in 2005 and has been a member of the Houston, Texas and National Associations of Health Underwriters since 2001.

Married to Ken for over 30 years, Kim loves reading, travel, anything from Hawaii, beaches or snow covered mountains. They have a daughter and son-in-law living in Austin, Texas and a younger daughter in high school with a goal of a career in law enforcement.”
